Prefixes and Suffixes
About Prefixes and Suffixes
Third grade Language Arts practice on word parts. Students find base words, prefixes, and suffixes, work out what words with pre-, re-, mis-, -ful, -less, -ly, -ness, -able, and -ment mean, and finish word patterns.
There are 3 levels of 10 questions each, from easy to challenging. A wrong answer gets a hint, a second miss shows the answer, and stars are earned at the end. Nothing is timed, and no sign-in is needed.
