You start at 1–5. Every 3 correct answers, the RANGE expands (min +1, max +3) and the HUD updates.
How are SCORE and LIVES used?
Correct = +10 points. Incorrect = lose a life. At 0 lives, a game-over alert shows your score and the game resets.
