About City Swing
Swing between buildings in a city built as a coordinate grid, and land on each ordered pair you are given. A free coordinate plane game for grades 5–6.
Skills Practiced
- Plotting and reading ordered pairs (x, y) on a coordinate plane
- Working in all four quadrants, including negative coordinates (−7 to 7)
- Telling the x-axis from the y-axis and using each to find a location
- Locating points on the axes as well as inside the quadrants
